Yes all items are available for installment. The installment option is visible next to the product on our website
Once you select an item, the monthly installment amount and total cost will be clearly displayed vs. the total amount if paid in full. You can run the simulation yourself for all eligible items.
You’ll need to upload a photo of your valid ID or Passport and a recent utility bill (electricity or water) showing your address
When opting for payment by installments, you can conveniently pay the initial 'down payment' using your credit card, through your Whish account (in the name of Taqqsit), or in cash upon delivery of the item. The remaining installment payments can be made monthly either by visiting a Whish Store or using your credit card for online payments. Simply choose the payment option that suits you best during the checkout process. To help you stay on track, we will send you monthly email reminders, each including a payment link for easy credit card transactions.
Getting your item on installment is quick and simple. Just follow these steps: 1. Create an account and receive your activation link 2. Click the link and sign in 3. Choose your item: the down payment and monthly installment amount will be clearly displayed when you select the 'x Installments" option. 4. Upload a photo of your ID and a recent electricity or water bill 5. We’ll review your request and get back to you within 24 hours 6. Once approved, your item will be delivered with Cash on Delivery option for the initial downpayment amount; just pay the down payment and sign the contract on the spot.
If the buyer misses two delivery attempts, he will be required to pick up the item from our location.
